Responsible for all activities within GluwdeGamer; oversees working & development. Head of the Management. Answerable to the Owner & Founder.
Head of Project
Responsible for all activities within a project/channel/brand; oversees working & development. Answerable to the Managing Director.
Co-Head of Project
Assistant to the Head of Project; oversees the Project if the Head steps down or is unavailable. Optional role.
President of Team
Responsible for all activities within a Team; leads the Team. Essential rank. Answerable to the Managing Director.
Owner of GluwdeGamer
The first owner of the persona. Often the final and ultimate authority in the Management.
Co-Owner of GluwdeGamer
The second owner. Ultimate authority but can be sacked by the Owner.
Creative Director
Shapes and oversees the artistic vision of projects and GluwdeGamer. Leads creativity. Answerable to the Managing Director.
Production Director
Usually the President of the Opsame (Operations, Sales, and Marketing) Team. Oversees all production activities. Answerable to the Managing Director.
Brand Director
Shapes the look, feel, and appearance of GluwdeGamer. Answerable to the Creative Director and Managing Director.
Art Director
Responsible for all visual elements; leads content creators and designers. Answerable to the Creative Director and Managing Director.
Committee Lead
Oversees and manages all activities in a Committee; leads it. Answerable to the Managing Director.

Responsible for innovation and creation of new ideas and topics; the main doer. Can remain non-existent.

The Reforms Committee is a committee formed by the Management on the 2nd of April, 2026, in order to manage, protect, secure, and oversee the projects YXClassic, YXClandestine, and CinnabarMC, after the platform took down the channels. It is led by Committee Lead YXClassic, with YXClandestine and CinnabarMC serving as Committee Members.
